WHY THE BBRF?
The Brain and Behavior Research Foundation is a non profit organization that aims to alleviate the suffering caused by mental illness by awarding grants that will lead to advances and breakthroughs in scientific research.
EVERY DOLLAR TO RESEARCH
Since its founding in 1987, the BBRF has donated over $394 million to mental health research. They are the nation’s top non-governmental funder of mental health research grants. The Foundation only funds scientists whose research is reviewed and recommended by a world-renowned Scientific Council including Nobel Prize winners and chairs of psychiatric departments.
